Conditions of purchase

  • All of our products have been developed with great love and care. The Floating Lily uses care and skill in packaging and dispatching your purchases to you.

  • The Floating Lily requests that when making an order you follow all the instruction and provide all information required by the online order form.

  • The Floating Lily will send your purchase and any communications to you at the contact details you provide on the order form and will not be responsible for any errors in this information.

  • The Floating Lily uses the secure system of PayPal. When purchasing items from The Floating Lily’s online shop your credit card details are only processed by Pay Pal. The Floating Lily does not record or store this information.

  • Payment of the correct price must accompany all orders.

  • The contact details you provide will only be used to help process your order and to deliver it to you via Australia Post.

  • You may however opt to receive our email newsletters and specials by joining our mailing list. You get a free 23 minute meditation download Butterflies in the Pine Forest as my gift to you when you join.

  • The Floating Lily will send you an email confirming your order and receipt of payment.

  • Australian orders and International orders are sent via Australian Post.

  • If your purchase does not arrive to you in good condition The Floating Lily will replace it free of charge or provide a complete refund.

  • The Floating Lily will endeavour to despatch your order within five working days of purchase. Postal delivery times will then apply – please see www.auspost.com.au for further information.

  • Delays in dispatching may occur as a result of factors such as supply problem or unexpected demand.

  • The sale of all items via The Floating Lily online shop is due to availability.

  • The Floating Lily may cancel your order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description of the item or in the order. If your order is cancelled The Floating Lily will refund your payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However you will only pay the price that is advertised for the item at the time you place your order.

  • The Floating Lily reserves the right to change the conditions of purchase at any time.

  • Items advertised as ‘on sale’ are only available at the reduced price during the sale period.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to The Floating Lily within 60 days from the date of purchase and we will either replace it absolutely free of charge or provide a complete refund. We know you will understand that we cannot refund postage or shipping costs.

  • The Earth Healing Meditation Complete Series, digital, USB version and streamed meditations is for use with your personal and individual meditation practice. It can also be used in conjunction with the written meditation scripts from the book Earth Healing Meditations Guided Imagery for Groups by Helen Joy Buck, when running your own meditation groups and classes. Permission is granted to play this meditation recording during meditation classes. Any unauthorised public performance, broadcasting and/or copying of this recording is prohibited except to the extent permitted by law.

  • The Members area provides live streaming of the meditations and music. There is no download function. This means you can only listen to them when connected to the Internet with a reliable connection, which is your responsibility.

  • The Floating Lily takes no responsibility for any lag or difficulties in playing the meditations, or music, due to technical difficulties at your end including slow internet speed.

  • You may cancel your Member subscription at any time by accessing "My Subscriptions" from your profile page. The subscription will cancel from the next due date.  

  • The Floating Lily welcomes your feedback and will promptly attend to any concerns or complaints.

  • The Floating Lily hopes you enjoy using the very special meditations, CDs and books from the Earth Healing Meditation Series. I look forward to having you as one of our valued regular customers.
